Because projects require collaborative efforts and for factors I cannot control, I cannot guarantee deliverables. I make necessary planning to make sure we maximise the time booked and work towards our estimated outputs. Any tasks or revisions that are not done within the day will require booking of another day intensive.

I use Squarespace because you can build beautiful websites on it and it is really easy for people to make updates later. I want you to come away with an amazing website that you feel confident in maintaining and Squarespace really provides that.

Once I have designed your website and we are ready to launch I will transfer the site over to you. This is when you will be responsible for paying your Squarespace site fees such as hosting and domain. Luckily for you I am a Squarespace circle member so you will get a sweet 20% off for your first year.

My custom website designs take four weeks assuming you have provided me with all your content by your design date and you have made yourself available for revisions and feedback during that time. If you need a website faster than that you might like to book a design day.

Yes! This is one of the most important things I wanted to provide my clients with, a website they are confident in managing. You will receive training videos at the time your website launches so you will be able to edit your website with ease.

No problem, I can convert or transfer your domain over to Squarespace. I will discuss with you the best option for your business.

To start your project I will need your website copy and the high res images you’ve selected. I’ll also need you to have completed the website questionnaire I send you so I can create a website you will love.

Images are a HUGE part of website design. If you don’t have any high quality images it would be a good idea to invest in a photographer or I can recommend some stock agencies. If this all seems too much I can source images for you for a fee.

Unfortunately if you haven’t provided me with your content by the design date you will need to rebook at a later date. To be fair to other clients in the design calendar I need to stick to the schedule. This can be a good reason to choose a start date that gives you enough time to get everything done.

Through our 1:1 consult call and the detailed questionnaire I will get a good idea about your business and the aesthetic you are after and come up with a plan to make it happen!

I will create a Website strategy for you and once approved, I will design your home page mockup. After you’ve seen the home page and given me the go ahead I will build out the home page and the rest of your website pages in Squarespace.
Refine
Once the rest of the pages are built, I’ll get your feedback and make any changes. Social media accounts and mail will be linked up, SEO added and your new website will be thoroughly tested in different browsers.
Launch
This is the fun part, your website gets launched to the world! Woop woop! Ownership of the site is signed over to you, your domain is connected if needed and you can finally tick “make website” off your list!
